Welcome to the Coral Gables Chapter NSDAR founded in the Roaring Twenties. Our chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR) works with the historic Merrick House, which was the home of the founder of our city.
To learn more about our chapter, check our About Us page. For details about joining our chapter, refer to our Join Us page, as we have talented members who can assist you in your journey to DAR membership.
Members of our chapter enjoy speakers on historical topics, volunteer in the community, and learn about our patriots while making life-long friends.
Founded in 1890, NSDAR has grown to almost 1 million members whose chapters work to preserve our cultural heritage, important national and local sites, and our history.
Our Washington, D.C., headquarters has one of the largest genealogy libraries open to the public.
